We Have A Winner

Congratulations to Tim for winning the 2009 Spring Open.  His 4 lb 9 oz largemouth, caught on April 27th not only set a Spring Open record, but also a fishing tournament record.

Nails In The Coffin

Steve and Tomski made one last effort to knock Tim off the top spot for the Spring Open.  Alas, it was not to be.  Both Steve and Tomski were on the skunk list while Tim added to his total.

Weather Woes

Despite the unsettled weather, Tim and Merle hit MI-10 at lunch.  Slow was the word of the day, but Tim still managed to land a single fish.  Merle was on the skunk list.

More Photos from Lake Michigan Trip

It started with a quad bite within the first 15 minutes on a cold windy day and ended with six anglers who had caught their limit.  When the blood has coagulated (see below) a good time was had by all.
